Their leadership enables us to transition responsibilities seamlessly while recognizing the significant contributions they have made to our past and current success. Most importantly, these appointments position Waypoint for its next phase of disciplined, strategic growth.

  • Provide ongoing financial and operational stewardship across the organization.

Bob McFadden – Promoted to Chief Underwriting Officer

For years, we have relied on Bob’s underwriting insight when evaluating new risks, new product opportunities, and areas of expansion. We are delighted that he will now bring that expertise to the entire organization as Chief Underwriting Officer.

In this role, Bob will:

  • Continue to lead the Casualty Division.
  • Establish and implement unified underwriting standards and processes across all teams.
  • Monitor and manage GWP relative to premium caps.
  • Spearhead carrier audits and underwriting recruitment initiatives.
  • Serve as the lead resource for both internal and external underwriting inquiries.
