Bob has over thirty years of experience in reinsurance with a focus on Casualty treaty underwriting.

He has successfully started and managed several Casualty underwriting platforms in the US. Prior to Waypoint, Bob was SVP and Head of Casualty for Sirius Group. Other management and senior underwriting roles include Catlin, Munich Re, XL Capital, NAC Re. He began his reinsurance career in 1988 with Prudential Re as a casualty facultative underwriter.
